The Confined Space Entry E-learning is required for all employees who need to work in confined spaces. This course focuses on procedures for minimizing hazards that are often encountered while working in confined spaces. Employees will also learn about steps for safely entering and working in confined spaces.

A 30-minute course was typically resourced to a team of 4 to cover project management, design, and development, these roles were rolled into 1, following a team restructure.
Flash was no longer being supported as of January of 2021. The existing Confined Space E-learning was built in Flash and working files were no longer accessible. As per government compliance, Health and Safety courses must be available at all times, therefore, meeting the deadline was crucial and non-negotiable.
Utilized vendor relationships to outsource development.
I established a template, style guides and graphics based off of the Aerial Safety course to aid in development.
I liaised between Shaw's stakeholders and the vendor's Project Manager to ensure content accuracy, quality and brand governance.
